Angela Young
Executive Director of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement at Queensland Health
Angela is a Kullalli/Koa woman. Prior to her current appointment, Angela was the General Manager, Policy and Research for the Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council, where she was a strong advocate for the health advancement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Angela also has a passion for justice and holds a Bachelor of Laws. She commenced her career as a Government Lawyer and has held senior roles in the areas of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander wellbeing, employment and education.
